WILMINGTOIN, N.C. -- WILMINGTON, N.C. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will host a public engagement to discuss the Wilmington Harbor 403. The meeting offers an opportunity for participants to engage with members of our team and learn about the conditionally authorized project to deepen the harbor to a depth of 47’. The intent of these engagements is to ensure stakeholders know when and how to engage, the type of input that will be helpful, and have adequate project information to engage.
The Corps is partnering with the North Carolina State Ports Authority for the Wilmington Harbor 403 Letter Report and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). We are committed to meaningful engagements with the public and want to ensure we offer multiple opportunities for engagements.
