Submitting E-Applications to the Wilmington District

  The Corps of Engineers Wilmington District Regulatory Program is now accepting E-Submittal (paperless) permit applications by email.  (See emails below, or click the links).

    On the map below, in the county where you live or your project is located see the county colors to get the correct email address for your Corps office.  Forms and specific information to email to the Corps for different types of applications and requests can be found under "Documentation" and "Fillable Forms".   

    Electronic application by email is now the preferred method for the Wilmington District to receive applications.  Paperless applications will save time and money for applicants (the general public) and the Corps.  Mobile District will still accept paper applications, if necessary.  See mailing addresses below if you still want to send in a hard copy application.
