    Colonel Robert J. Clark is the 55th Commander of Wilmington District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Prior to joining the Wilmington District, Colonel Clark attended the United States Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies.
  • Lt. Col. Sean K. Stewart

    Lieutenant Colonel Sean K. Stewart was commissioned as an Signal Corps Officer into the U.S. Army Reserves in May 1995 via the University of Kentucky Army ROTC.  He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Geography (Cartography & Geographic Information Systems) from the University of Kentucky.
