The Wilmington District, Corps of Engineers (Corps) received an application from the City of Charlotte – Aviation Department seeking Department of the Army authorization to impact 12,480 linear feet of jurisdictional stream channel and 5.89 acres of jurisdictional wetlands, associated with the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
