Army Corps of Engineers invites the public to learn
about recreational opportunities at Falls Lake Festival
Raleigh, N.C. - Do you love spending time at Falls Lake? Do you really know all there is to know about it? Come to the 7th Annual Falls Lake Festival and find out free from the experts! It’s free fun for all ages!
The Falls Lake Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13. Please join the celebration and get to know and love everything about Falls Lake and the Upper Neuse River. Join the Neuse RiverKeeper Foundation as they hold their first annual “Jug-Oar-Knot” paddle race, or just enjoy the free family fun provided by local community groups, and federal, state, and local agencies. This festival is all about promoting safe outdoor recreation, conservation of our lands and waters, fitness, and fun in the Upper Neuse River Basin.
