Command Sergeant Major Douglas Padgett (South Atlantic Division) & Lieutenant Colonel Yanson Cox (Wilmington District) visited cadets in the ROTC program at NC State today to teach them about effective leadership & professional development. They also took some time to share experiences and educate the cadets on opportunities at the Corps of Engineers.
