U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Director of Contracting, Brig. Gen. Michael Hoskins, visited the Wilmington District on Oct 17. He recognized the Contracting Branch and presented the entire staff with a Star Notes. He also presented individual Star Notes to contract specialists Jere West and Ros Shoemaker.
