Obstacles Removed from Federal Channel in Cape Fear River
Wilmington District Chief of Navigation Roger Bullock stands before a pipeline dredge pontoon that was removed from the bottom of the Cape Fear River on Sept. 29 by salvage contractor Donjon Marine.
