Colonel Robert J. Clark is the 55th Commander of Wilmington District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Prior to joining the Wilmington District, Colonel Clark attended the United States Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies.
