There is so much to do here at Falls Lake

and many different recreation areas to visit!

Falls Lake is home to many recreation areas, most of which are operated by the NC Division of Parks and Recreation.  This agency operates day use areas for swimming or picnicking, four campgrounds, and several boat ramps.  For camping or picnic shelter reservations, click here.

Blue Jay Point County Park offers an Environmental Education center, open play fields, playgrounds, and hiking trails.

Penny’s Bend Nature Preserve (operated by the NC Botanical Garden Foundation) provides trails through several rare plant communities.

Forest Ridge Park is a 587 acre park adjacent to Falls Lake! Visit and enjoy the many trails.

Rollingview Marina has a small store and has both wet and dry boat storage for your boat of any size!
