A New Chapter of Leadership for the Wilmington District

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wilmington District conducted a formal Change of Command ceremony, officially welcoming our new District Commander, Lt. Col. Ken Porter, and bidding a fond farewell to Col. Brad Morgan. We extend our deepest gratitude to Col. Morgan for his dedicated service, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the communities and waterways of North Carolina.
